Jesus is at the Door
Jesus is at the door. Will you get up to let Him in? He is at the door, waiting for your response to His call.
Romans 8:19 says, ‘For the earnest expectation of the creation
eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.’
Jesus is knocking; all creation is awaiting your response. Will you be among those who are called ‘sons of God’?
Revelation 3:20-22 says, ‘Behold, I (Jesus) stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with me. To him who overcomes, I will grant to sit with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat down with my Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’
He is knocking; will we answer? Will we stop what we are doing and respond to His call? We all want to become overcomers, but wanting and doing are very different things. One ends with the reward, and one does not.
May we tune our ears today to hear what the Spirit is saying to our hearts. May we listen, hear, and obey. We are praying that you will will be among those who are soon revealed as “sons of God”
Jesus is knocking; get up and answer the door!
